Dr Nick Antoniades graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery and completed advanced training in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine at St Vincent’s Hospital and Austin Health. He is one of the founding partners and a Director of Melbourne Respiratory and Sleep Services, as well as a Director of the Northern Sleep Lab.
Nick is a Senior Physician at Austin Health and a Visiting Sleep Physician at Alice Springs Hospital. Throughout his career, he has maintained a strong commitment to medical education, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate doctors. He is a Fellow of the Melbourne Medical School Academy of Clinical Teachers and is an active member of both the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Sleep Association.
In addition to his respiratory and sleep medicine practice, Nick has a special interest in peri-operative medicine and has achieved certification as a Graduate of the Chapter of Peri-operative Medicine. He is also a Visiting Physician at Warringal Private Hospital, where he previously served as Chair of the Medical Advisory Council.
